We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and glass surfaces.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
  • Operate ride-on scrubbers and other cleaning equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs, including minor or major repairs to building operating systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures, and servicing restrooms.
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant experience in industrial or commercial cleaning.
  • Experience operating ride-on scrubbers.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
