Key Responsibilities: The primary role of the golf service attendant involves delivering outstanding service to enhance the golfing experience. This includes maintaining first-class amenities and ensuring the smooth operation of all programs at Fieldstone Golf Club.

Work Schedule: This is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours per week) or a permanent part-time role (maximum 29 hours per week). Flexible scheduling options are available.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, along with a valid Michigan Driver's License.
  • A blend of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform job responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience in golf is preferred.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and the ability to provide exceptional service in a premier golf environment.
  • Knowledge of operational equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Capability to work independently and manage daily tasks according to the schedule.
  • Physical ability to lift medium to heavy items and to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and build strong working relationships.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
  • Ability to memorize pricing, policies, and program details.

Compensation: The pay rate is $12.00 per hour, commensurate with qualifications.
