The competitive salary for this position is approximately $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role involves interacting with prospective residents, current residents, team members, and vendors to provide quality service. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting sales presentations and tours to showcase community features and benefits
• Preparing and processing required screenings and paperwork for applicants and new residents
• Creating and participating in resident social activities to foster a sense of community

This full-time Leasing Consultant position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or face-to-face customer service, with a natural ability to express enthusiasm and connect with people.

Candidates must be willing to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays, and possess excellent selling and closing skills. Experience with office software such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook is also required.
