Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapeutic Aide to join our team at Intercept Health. As a key member of our Therapeutic Group Home program, you will provide high-level engagement and support to high-acuity youth, promoting their emotional and behavioral well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior management and modification interventions to support resident goals and objectives.
  • Provide crisis support and transitions assistance to ensure a smooth and safe environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to formulate and implement Individualized Service Plans, promoting resident growth and development.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and flexibility in conducting interventions and adapting to changing resident needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred.
  • Minimum 3 months experience working with children; experience working with youth with behavioral health/mental health needs preferred.
