We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Product Development Engineer in Agoura Hills, CA to spearhead the development of next-generation Semiconductor Testers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to understand requirements and use cases, creating innovative technical solutions to complex engineering problems, and documenting risks.
  • Producing concepts from high-level requirements, developing them with analysis, verifying design through functional testing, summarizing results, and defending design in reviews.
  • Collaborating with global suppliers to arrive at economically viable solutions for high-volume manufacturing.
  • Creating assembly and detailed part drawings using GD&T.

Long-term expectations include influencing technical capability roadmaps, contributing to company-wide initiatives, creating innovative ideas, and mentoring junior engineers.

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10 years of experience in Solidworks, GD&T, and effective communication are required. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
