  • Work Order Management: Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Make-Ready Process: Oversee the make-ready process, including the creation of lists of required materials and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed.
  • Inventory Management: Order and replace broken parts or equipment, ensuring that our facilities are always well-stocked and ready for use.
  • Cost Control: Support cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, minimizing waste, and practicing efficient use of tools and equipment.
  • Community Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe community environment, including the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Comply with Cresta Residential's safety and risk-management policies, including attending and participating in routine safety meetings, completing required training, and reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, responding to complaints, and completing assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency.
  • Language Requirements: Spanish and English speaking is required to effectively communicate with residents and other stakeholders.
