Job Summary

Rescue Rooter is seeking a skilled Plumbing Helper to join our team. As a Plumbing Helper, you will assist our plumbing crews with various tasks, including manual excavation and tunneling, installation of plumbing materials, and maintenance of equipment and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Assist plumbing crews with manual excavation and tunneling tasks
  • Install plumbing materials under the supervision of experienced technicians
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean and good working condition
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and organization throughout the service process
  • Represent the company with city officials as needed
  • Prepare work sites as directed by supervisors
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Registered Plumbing Apprentice with the State of TX
  • Prior work experience is desired
  • Starting pay depends on plumbing experience
  • Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to pass drug screen, MVR, and background check
  • Must have dependable transportation to and from service center
