  • Assess sales quotes to identify vendors for the procurement process.
  • Manage vendor communications related to component or material orders, addressing issues such as transport damage and discrepancies.
  • Establish goals to monitor KPIs, aiming for annual savings of 2-3%. Utilize data analytics to evaluate supplier performance and drive improvements.
  • Support both existing and new component purchases by selecting capable and cost-effective suppliers that meet material specifications.
  • Oversee Vendor Management to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
  • Collaborate with finance, estimating, business development, and operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop innovative strategies to drive cost savings while promoting continuous improvement in quality.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve material or service-related issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and manage financial risks, analyzing purchase price variances.
  • Ensure that all components are compatible with production machinery and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the Procurement team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
