Yoga Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Yoga Instructor to join our team at StretchLab - White Plains and Mt. Kisco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized stretching sessions to clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
• Assess clients' mobility and educate them on stretching techniques to improve their flexibility and range of motion.
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear instructions and feedback throughout the session.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a fitness or health environment, with a focus on hands-on training and bodywork.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Passion for movement and stretching, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
