Position Summary: Are you dedicated to providing guests with a pristine and welcoming environment? As a Room Attendant at Embassy Suites Lombard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and organize guest accommodations, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies.
  • Ensure all surfaces are sanitized to comply with health and safety standards.
  • Promptly report any maintenance concerns or damages.
  • Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to safety and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.

  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
