Job Title: RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

Job Summary:

Nemours Children's Health is seeking experienced nurses to join our growing Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in neonatal care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year in-patient nursing experience required
  • Prior Level III-IV NICU experience strongly preferred
  • NRP & RNC-NIC or pediatric certification preferred
