We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Tenet-AZ Region. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional medical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a telemetry environment, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical requirements.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Assess and document patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license, with ability to become Arizona Licensed within 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications as required by individual department.
- One year of experience as an RN in a telemetry environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
