Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor-Per Diem to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical support and guidance to nursing staff as needed
  • Validating patient care against the nursing care plan, medical treatment, and patient expectations
  • Collaborating with nursing staff to problem-solve clinical and administrative issues
  • Facilitating multidisciplinary care to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Ensuring effective use of resources to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated clinical competence in the specialty area of nursing practice
  • Certification/Licensure: Current Nursing registration in Massachusetts, BLS and ACLS Required

What We Offer:
