We are looking for a reliable and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team at Helix Resources, LLC in Pineville, LA. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial and residential landscapes, ensuring they look their best at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
  • Ensuring the growth of flowers and other ornamental plants through the use of fertilizer and plant-friendly chemicals
  • Maintaining existing irrigation systems and ensuring that flowers and plants are watered adequately
  • Monitoring and maintaining plant health
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping or construction
  • Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, and other landscape-related trades
  • Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
Work Environment:
  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, dusty, dirty, and/or wet conditions)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
