- Accompany residents to medical appointments and social events, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition, ensuring timely interventions and support.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some vocational/technical training in the nursing field, specifically with elderly and dementia care, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Proficiency in using a computer for inputting resident information.
- CPR and First Aid certification, which can be obtained after hire.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with automobile insurance that meets state requirements.
