Facilitates the training and development of personnel within the organization’s facilities and programs across a designated geographical region.
Conducts standardized, competency-based training and educational initiatives, including new staff orientation, preceptor training, site-specific in-services, and clinical, quality, and customer service training programs aimed at enhancing patient care and achieving organizational objectives.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this role.
Daily responsibilities include desk work, computer usage, and interaction with patients, regional staff, and healthcare professionals.
The work environment is typical of a healthcare facility, featuring controlled air temperature and moderate noise levels. Exposure to infectious and contagious materials may occur.
This position necessitates frequent, extended periods of standing, and the employee must be capable of bending.
The employee may occasionally need to assist in moving equipment weighing up to 200 lbs. and lifting chemical and water solutions weighing up to 30 lbs. to a height of 5 feet.
May be required to perform essential functions of this position in various locations, which may include overnight stays, with similar physical demands and working conditions as described above.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
Advanced degree BSN or MSN preferred.
Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence.
Must obtain and maintain RN state licensure in assigned states as directed.
Must fulfill practice requirements in the state of employment.
Minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse.
CDN or CNN preferred or must achieve within 18 months of employment.
Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification, along with all annual and ongoing required education/training/competencies.
The compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's work location and qualifications, including relevant education, experience, skills, and competencies.
