Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team at Blo Blow Dry Bar. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate well with team members in a fun, professional work environment
  • Understand the importance of maintaining a squeaky-clean work environment
  • Stylists will work one-on-one with our Chief Style Boss (aka Educator) to learn how to master Blo's 7 signature styles and more (via Blo's paid training program)
Requirements
  • An up-to-date cosmetology license
  • A passion for the beauty industry and making people feel better
  • Hairdresser, Hair Stylist, stylist, Beauty Salon/ salon, Makeup Artist experience is an asset
  • Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
  • Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement
What We Offer
  • $11 - $18 hourly average (Hourly wage includes hourly rate + tips + commission on product sales. Current top retail sellers earn $15-$20 an hour)

Pay

Starts at $11.00 per hour... Immediate first hourly rate increased once Glo makeup training is completed. Second hourly rate increase after the 3 month probation. Retention bonus will be paid at the 5th month of employment based on performance and goal completion.
