We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for administering anesthetic care to patients requiring anesthesia, sedation, and/or pain relief therapy.
Responsibilities- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations, educating patients on their care and treatment.
- Develop and implement plans of care, including anesthesia follow-up evaluations and care, monitoring patients' conditions and responding to abnormal responses.
- Assist with providing emergent care, including airway management, administering emergency fluids and drugs, and performing life support techniques.
- Perform clinical support functions, including scheduling, managing materials and supplies, and developing clinical policies and procedures.
- Credentials: Registered Nurse, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, PALS Certification, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Education: Master of Science and graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program.
- Licensure/Certification: Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification & Re-certification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA), State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Anesthetist, ACLS, PALS.
