Leading Pediatric Radiology Group in Florida

Envision Physician Services is seeking a board-certified (or eligible) pediatric radiologist. Candidates must be BC/BE in ABR/AOBR and have completed a one-year Pediatric Fellowship. This role emphasizes a healthy work-life balance for radiologists and includes an academic appointment.

Our physician-led practice, comprised of over 60 fellowship-trained professionals, fosters a culture of inclusion, quality, and success. We pride ourselves on a high retention rate and a long-standing, stable contract with a leading healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Board-certified/eligible in ABR/AOBR with completion of a 1-year Pediatric Fellowship
    • Handle specialized pediatric cases, comprising up to 70% of the workload.
  • Hybrid work model, allowing for both on-site and remote shifts
    • At-home reading stations provided.
  • No mammography or interventional radiology skills required; no overnight shifts.
  • Engage in the education of medical students and residents.
  • Participate in an equitable call schedule.
  • Access to robust internal moonlighting opportunities for additional income.
  • Utilize advanced AI tools, including a comprehensive suite of AIDoc algorithms to enhance quality and service.
  • Support staff provided to manage calls and communications.
  • Enjoy complimentary meals in the doctor's dining room.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with surgical and medical colleagues.
  • Work with state-of-the-art equipment across all facilities.

  • Collaborate with four other pediatric radiologists, including a pediatric interventional radiologist.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Competitive salary starting at $425,000, with additional bonuses for start date, CME, and relocation not included in the base salary.
  • Eligibility for potential annual bonus compensation after three years.
