Nurse Practitioner Position in Critical Care in Scenic Southern Oregon

Asante Health System is in search of a skilled Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of our Critical Care team in the picturesque region of Southern Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of critical care experience as a Nurse Practitioner and demonstrate proficiency in independently executing procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and chest tubes.
KEY OPPORTUNITY FEATURES
- Attractive compensation package
- 12-hour shifts with a 7 days on/7 days off rotation
- Potential for day/night rotating shifts
- Full-time role requiring 159 shifts annually
- Annual quality incentives commencing in the second year
- Signing bonus of up to $10,000 based on experience
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- $3,000 annual allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
