About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work 36 hours per week on night shifts, with rotation to day shifts and weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience in Behavioral Health (Psych) nursing, either in an Inpatient or Outpatient setting. Strong Medical Surgical experience with a passion for this area is also highly valued.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Behavioral Health environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
