About the Role

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a Store Clerk to join our team in Grangeville, ID.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating customers professionally and assisting with inventory and checkout.
  • Perform cashier duties, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Display and organize products to ensure easy customer access.
  • Maintain store appearance through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
  • Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
  • Monitor customers to prevent loss and assist with loss prevention efforts.
  • Assist with display preparation and promotions.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in retail and/or retail merchandising and customer service.
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to customers and coworkers.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
