Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance clinical trials
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance trial efficiency and compliance
  • Develop and maintain expertise in research methodologies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's degree preferred
  • Current Arizona RN license or RN license from Compact state
  • At least one year of RN clinical experience in specialty area
  • Strong understanding of research principles and methodologies

Compensation and Benefits

$95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience
