We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Sacconnesset Golf Club, a high-end private golf club in Falmouth, MA.
Responsibilities- Ensure pre- and post-work shift duties are completed before the end of shifts.
- Provide timely, friendly, and consistent customer service, greeting members and guests with a warm welcome.
- Take and serve orders, suggesting drink and food options.
- Offer knowledge on wine and cocktail menus.
- Comply with state and local laws, as well as company policies, regarding the service of alcohol.
- Train newly hired staff, including waitstaff, bussers, and food runners.
- Weekends and nights are required.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, complete knowledge of wine and cocktail menus, and work effectively as a team.
- Must learn menus and upsell on every order.
- Jonas POS knowledge is preferred but will be trained.
