About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Thomas Cuisine, a leading provider of contract food service solutions. As a Server, you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our senior residents, promoting healthy food choices, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, guests, and family members in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner, and escort them to proper seating.
  • Take, prepare, and serve beverage orders.
  • Prepare and serve orders, according to established health and presentation standards.
  • Clear and clean dining room tables in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Sanitize and clean the pantry, kitchen, and dining room areas, as outlined according to health and safety standards.
  • Perform side-work and any opening and closing duties as required, such as dishes being washed, and station areas are clean and organized.
  • Alert management to any customer food, service, or safety concerns.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Prior experience with one-on-one customer service interaction preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
  • Ability to provide documents for work authorization.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • The ability to work holiday and weekend shift schedules.
  • Basic computer skills.

Wage range: $15.00+ per hour based on prior experience (this is a non-tipped role)
