Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 hour shift
Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information
  • Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
  • Inspect and pack product in accordance with the job pack
  • Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to ensure defect-free
  • Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition
  • Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shift
  • Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts
  • Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues
  • Complete all other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment, including long periods of standing, occasional walking, and some light lifting
  • Ability to read and comprehend written English
  • Ability to perform basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Regular on-site attendance is required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand for entire scheduled shift
