Job Summary

TransUnion is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Partner Enablement team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product managers and partner stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead discussions of the product roadmap for a prioritized portfolio of partners.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and services teams to identify partner integration use cases and drive key features, enhancements, and requirements.
  • Make feature, schedule, and cost trade-offs during product planning, feature implementation, and live operation.
  • Define metrics to ensure product success and drive corresponding requirements to deliver on monitoring and actionability of these metrics.
  • Participate in customer-facing and industry events and user conferences as a product expert/leader.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecting, technical account management, sales engineering, integration consulting, or related work experience in a technical client-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
  • Deep knowledge about adtech/martech industry; online advertising models (CPM, CPC, etc.) and ad operations.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTTP, HTML, JSON, cookies/sessions, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with big data platforms and large volume data analytics.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, and analyzing data to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
  • 10+ years of experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams - with the ability to breakdown complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong time management and project management skills and must be highly organized and driven to succeed.
