We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of our line cooks to ensure efficient food production and high-quality dishes.
- Oversee food production operations to maintain quality standards and ensure consistency in our menu offerings.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
- Assist in the management of kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of line cooks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
