About the Role:

  • Employment litigation
  • We do not have an associate class structure, so as a mid-level associate, you will collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of employment issues.
  • You will represent public and privately-held corporations in employment-related matters, including restrictive covenant, non-compete, and non-solicit agreements, as well as wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation cases.
  • You will handle a wide range of employment issues, including government audits and wage/labor disputes, under laws such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA.

Requirements:

  • J.D. Degree
  • 4+ years of experience specializing in defense-side wage and hour litigation

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to $260k based on experience
