ARS Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ARS Program Manager to join our team at Catholic Community Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to DSP staff, promoting a culture of excellence and quality service delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives, including maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the provision of appropriate care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, promoting their development and activities within the home and community.
- Assure DSP staff receive the necessary support to perform their highest and best work, maintain compliance, and operate the home or program according to the annual operations budget.
- Competitive hourly rate of $33.82 (dependent on education and experience).
- Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5:30pm.
- Location: Salem, OR.
- Full-time, exempt position.
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field.
- Associate degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field, and two years of human services-related experience.
- High school diploma/GED and four years of human services-related experience.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal automobile liability insurance coverage.
- CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds for a total of up to 130 pounds in a two-person lift.
