Position Overview:
The Pallet Handler role is crucial to our operations, serving as the backbone of our supply chain. You will be engaged in a dynamic environment where teamwork and collaboration are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort pallets by hand for grading as they arrive from various sources within the facility.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient sorting processes.
- Utilize hand tools to remove any nails or debris from pallets as needed.

Safety Commitment:
Your safety is our top priority. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Report any safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Capable of pushing and pulling items with a maximum force of 31 lbs.

Working Environment:
This position involves working in a warehouse setting, requiring prolonged periods of standing and exposure to varying conditions.
