Customer Service Representative

Sonic Performance is a leading consulting sales and marketing firm specializing in telecommunication services. Our company helps clients maximize profitability and increase brand exposure through innovative strategies and customer support.
We are seeking an entry-level Customer Support Specialist to assist with our firm's strategic and productive customer service and sales campaigns. This role involves working directly with customers to engage their needs and provide efficient support on all sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in communication with customers, providing expert product knowledge and education on desired products.
- Assist in identifying and engaging new and existing customers to bolster the sales pipeline.
- Communicate features and benefits of specific products/services based on individualized customer needs.
- Overturn objections and answer questions as they arise during the sales process.
- Support customer inquiries to build relationships and respond promptly to account inquiries.
- Attend regular product training sessions with team-mates and upper-level management.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles is highly recommended.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- A tenacious and driven mindset with impeccable time management skills and a superior work ethic.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
