Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a customer service representative or team leader
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
