Role ResponsibilitiesThe LPN Unit Manager is accountable for the comprehensive management of nursing and patient care within a designated unit of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with organizational policies as well as state and federal regulations. The LPN Unit Manager is tasked with:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with one of the following:
- Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience
- Nursing Diploma with 3 years of nursing experience
- BSN with 2 years of nursing experience
- A minimum of one year of leadership experience in nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the relevant state.
- Maintenance of current BLS/CPR certification.
