Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Business Intelligence to lead our data analysis and strategic consulting efforts for clients in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and client teams to ensure high-quality communications and deliverables.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to create measurement plans and proposals that meet client goals and address challenges/opportunities.
  3. Oversee the creation of business rules and parameters for engagements and participate in scoping processes and requests for proposals from vendors/data companies.
  4. Manage internal data sources and third-party vendors/data streams to maintain a custom measurement platform within established timelines and delivery dates.
  5. Provide strategic consulting and recommendations to clients through presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
  6. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion through consultative selling and participate in new business development opportunities.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of client marketing strategies and utilize skills in project management, strategic consultation, communication, curiosity, and management.
