Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at East Broad Family Dentistry. As a valued member of our patient care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients by providing exceptional oral health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental cleanings and screenings to identify any potential issues.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements
  • A current dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
  • Clinical needs as required by office.

Working Conditions
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
