Role Overview:

As a Urogynecology Physician, you will play a vital role in our healthcare community. Your expertise is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive range of urogynecology services, including medication management, office-based procedures, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and surgical interventions (vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic as required).
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients experiencing pelvic floor disorders.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment strategies.
  • Perform both surgical and non-surgical procedures, with responsibilities distributed across outpatient settings, ambulatory surgery centers, and hospital operating rooms.
  • Serve as a consultant to fellow physicians within the practice, delivering expert clinical care for patients with pelvic floor concerns.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness in Urogynecology practices.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board certification in Urogynecology.
  • Prior experience in a Urogynecology setting is preferred.
  • Possession of an active Medical License in Maryland, Virginia, or DC is strongly preferred.
