CBIZ collaborates with Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. (MHM), a prominent independent CPA firm, to provide comprehensive audit, review, and attest services, alongside business consulting, tax, and financial services.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various audit assignments across multiple sectors, including Real Estate, Construction, Nonprofit, and Manufacturing.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, quality control standards, and technology implementation relevant to client assignments.
- Engage in client projects from inception to completion, identifying and addressing audit issues and technical matters with senior associates, managers, and partners.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel to enhance satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
- Commit to delivering outstanding service by providing personalized attention and responsiveness to client needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and conduct.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Involvement in student organizations or relevant work experience in accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.


Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills, with foundational knowledge of GAAP and GAAS standards.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, think independently, and solve problems in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.


Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $26.00. Compensation will be determined based on the selected individual's education, experience, and skill set.
