Compassionate Caregiver Opportunities

About the Role:
At Korean Women's Association, we are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as full- or part-time Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while building a rewarding career. You will assist with morning routines, engage in meaningful conversations, and provide assistance with daily activities. Whether it's helping with personal hygiene, preparing nutritious meals, or simply being a compassionate companion, every moment is an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.
Responsibilities:
Assist with morning routines and daily activities
Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship
Help with personal hygiene and prepare nutritious meals
Provide assistance with daily tasks and errands
Requirements:
Be 18+ years old
Have reliable personal transportation
Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
Work Schedule:
This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time (based on your preferences). Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and locations.
