  • Responsible for conducting data analysis and mapping of EUCs.
  • Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), business cases, and scenarios.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge in requirements gathering, design methodologies, and the creation of functional and technical documentation; detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to investigate complex issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements.

Core Activities:

  • Evaluate the existing inventory of EUCs to assist the business in identifying EUCs that can be retired, supporting EUC owners in developing suitable retirement strategies.
  • Document End-User Computing (EUC) details, including EUC metadata such as name, description, user, owner, usage frequency, and reporting data elements.
  • Support retirement planning for all EUCs by gathering and validating existing retirement plans or collaborating with EUC owners to establish a retirement pathway.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
