Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Express Lube Technician to join our team at Jackson Kia. As an Express Lube Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers by performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and safety inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and safety inspections
  • Recommend additional services to customers based on their vehicle's needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership and factory standards
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and complete required training
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Some post-secondary automotive training
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
