Dietitian Role

HealthSouth is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning therapeutic diets and collaborating with patients, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care. The Dietitian will also instruct patients on diets for home use and monitor nutritional status to make recommendations to the healthcare team. In addition, the Dietitian will supervise the accuracy of food production related to modified diets and perform other project assignments as needed. Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and implementing therapeutic diets for patients
* Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care
* Instructing patients on diets for home use
* Monitoring nutritional status and making recommendations
* Supervising food production to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
* Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
