Copper & Sage is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen staff as a dishwasher. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow all sanitary and health-related protocols, and provide assistance to other kitchen staff as needed.


Responsibilities include:

  • Operating the industrial dishwasher
  • Washing glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
  • Emptying and cleaning all trash receptacles
  • Daily cleaning duties
  • Following sanitation policies at all times
  • Providing assistance to prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
  • Performing opening, closing, and side work
  • Cleaning up spills or broken glassware immediately
