Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Emporia. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with hotel procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms per shift
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including but not limited to guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
