:This position entails independently conducting comprehensive testing during intricate audit operations for various Lines of Business (LOBs). The key duties encompass the independent design and execution of audit assessments, evaluating issues for their impact on the business, and suggesting severity ratings, while also nurturing relationships with business partners. Expectations for this role include assessing the control environment, promoting an inclusive workplace, utilizing product, business, and technical knowledge, and aiding team members in their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Implements audit strategies to ensure effective risk-based auditing by defining audit scopes and programs, utilizing automation and innovative techniques to deliver timely and high-quality results. Applies in-depth knowledge of products, business operations, and technical aspects to effectively challenge management and enhance the control environment. Evaluates the impacts on business processes, controls, and strategies to provide informed recommendations on severity ratings. Contributes to the drafting of audit reports and communicates audit findings with business leaders. Facilitates the development of colleagues and teams through practical training and fosters an inclusive workplace culture. Cultivates relationships with business partners, primarily with line management, to enhance business understanding. Employs innovative tools to enhance the efficiency of audit activities (e.g., testing).Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Credit, Risk, and/or Auditing. Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate to influence management and drive change in both strategic and tactical initiatives. Self-motivated, eager to learn, capable of teaching others, energetic, positive, and adaptable. Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to analyze extensive data sets and transform them into actionable insights. Ability to work meticulously while also maintaining a broad perspective to identify connections and themes related to risks and concerns. Competence in managing multiple tasks and swiftly adapting to changing priorities.Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Data Analytics, data reporting, or data management. Advanced degree is preferred. Strong preference for experience in Enterprise Risk or Credit Risk. Exceptional presentation skills. Preference for candidates with Audit experience.Skills:
