Job Responsibilities - Front Counter

  • Provide warm and engaging interaction with customers, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
  • Clearly communicate Martinizing services and processes to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Check in customer orders, inspect, sort, and tag garments for cleaning, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solve customer problems as needed, providing effective solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate problems, record issues, and keep accurate records, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Process customer payments and discounts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform standard opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is clean and tidy.

Job Responsibilities - Back of House

  • Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet Martinizing quality control requirements.
  • Assemble finished garments, ensuring they are properly prepared for customer pickup.
  • Bag completed orders, ensuring they are accurately labeled and ready for delivery.
  • Scan completed bagged orders to the conveyor, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, demonstrating a strong ability to interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Dry cleaning experience is considered an asset, showcasing a deep understanding of garment care and cleaning processes.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, able to adapt to changing business needs and demands.
  • Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • An understanding of textiles and garments is helpful, demonstrating a deep knowledge of fabric types and cleaning processes.
