We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Expert. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that every guest receives gold standard service, being knowledgeable about our menu items, and processing transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

1. [1] Ensure each guest receives gold standard service;
   [2] Be knowledgeable of all menu items and be able to make suggestions and answer questions;
   [3] Process POS transactions and accurately follow cash handling procedures;
   [4] Personalize food delivery to the guest;
   [5] Visit tables after food delivery to ensure guests have everything they need;
   [6] Keep entire restaurant clean at all times;
