About the Role:
NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. As a Physical Therapist at NovaCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
- CPR certification required.
