Optimum is looking for a Strategic Staffing Specialist to lead workforce planning initiatives and optimize staffing models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing workforce strategies that align staffing levels with business needs, forecasted demand, and customer service objectives.

The Strategic Staffing Specialist will work closely with the WFM team to develop and refine forecasts, schedules, and reports, and will leverage analytics tools to enhance predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires 3+ years of experience in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning within a call center environment, as well as 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
