**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Traffic Control Flagger. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of traffic during roadwork operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain temporary work zones, including warning signs, cones, and rumble strips, in accordance with ATSSA and DOT regulations.
  • Loading and unloading work zone equipment from company vehicles.
  • Operating company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
  • Completing all required paperwork on time.
  • Maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) as per Wright's specific policy.
  • Reading and comprehending the Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
  • Reporting directly to a Field Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable communication for receiving work schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and tolerate extreme temperatures.
  • Pass a drug screen prior to employment and maintain a drug-free status.
  • Physical capability to stand throughout shifts and perform hand and arm movements.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds.
